  I'm not a comedian but believe me- the service here is akin to watching an episode of "faulty towers."
  The staff are obnoxious and aggressive. The lines are out the door & manners here were never taught.
  If you are an immigrant, you are privileged and will be treated like royalty. I'm not racist, but I wonder why there are fast queues for these people & we have to wait 75 minutes for service?
  April, 2018. It’s been many years since I had to visit Centrelink, so this afternoon I re-visited. I was struck by the longer than last-time cues. I waited 2 & a half hours!!!
  Several staff (3) were laughing and giggling about another staff member’s experience in Austria with a snowing trip. This conversation went on for 34 minutes- all whilst we all waited patiently. Finally a staff member called me out & then as I listened in disbelief as she spoke to me so rudely, I actually thought I was being set up by a joke! When I asked a question she grunted like a feral wild boar, and rolled her eyes when I asked about my pension dates. I got up & walked out in disgust. No-one should put up with this behaviour!!!

  Received very great and friendly assistance from Officer Lisa, really appreciate her kindness. She helped patiently sorting out all my queries and issues. Reception staff assisted with a big smile too. Thank you very much for the great experience at Goodna branch!
